Welcome to the Adelaidy! A superb 2 bedroom unit in Newtown (easily the most ecclectic suburb in Wellington). A short uber from the airport. The Adelaidey's a 5min walk from the city's best cafes/restaurants, and a stroll to Wellington CBD / waterfront.

Two rooms and a large open-plan lounge/dining mean that the Adelaidy can accommodate you alone, or with friends / family.

The space
When you’re not enjoying all Newtown has to offer, come home to the open spaces, and natural light, of the Adelaidy. She’ll happy let you relax in her open-plan lounge / dining area, bathe you in all-day sun, and help you catch some hard-earned zzzs in her huge master bedroom. Gas hot water will guarantee you endless hot showers.

One master bedroom (queen bed and armchair) and additional second bedroom (double bed). Couches in the lounge room also convert into beds.

If you really must leave, skip across one block to the hospital, jump on your bike for 5 minutes to the CBD, or catch one of the many buses that leaves from almost right outside. If you’re feeling active, you’re a 10 minutes run, or a 20 minute walk from the CBD.

Within a 2 minute stroll are the following: Wellington Public Hospital, Wakefield Private Hospital, Countdown, Newtown School, Basin Reserve, Burgerfuel, Newtown farmers market, cafes and restaurants, and main bus routes.
